Roto Mitra Forum is a trade association of the Indian and International Rotational Moulding Industry. We conduct various online and offline conferences, trade shows, networking meets, and educational programs for the growth of the said Industry.
For the above services, we collect Annual, 5-year, 10-year, and lifetime subscriptions and Event registration fees from the participants/delegates in our meets, conferences, and trade shows. All the fees whether subscription or of event is well notified on our website.
The fees we charge are very reasonable and for the benefit of the participants. All participants are advised to read carefully all the benefits, inclusions, and exclusions in the form of membership, event registration form, membership benefits and membership guidelines which are keep on updating by us on the website www.rotomitra.com

Once you accurately fill out the online form for the above services and make the online payment, we consider it as your well-informed decision. We do not store your Credit/debit card details or any other online payment options chosen by you while making online payments to avail of our services.
Kindly note that our online payment system is based on advance payment only and your online form will only be accepted with advance payments. Approval of your membership and/or event registration is subject to terms and conditions laid down/updated by the Roto Mitra Forum from time to time and subject to sole discretion of the Roto Mitra Forum.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Once the online form is filled out and online payment made by you, we consider it as your well-informed decision. So, we don’t entertain any type of cancellation request.
Refund
Still, in some reasonable circumstances we may consider cancellation and refund for the whole or part of money paid by you but subject to sole discretion of the Roto Mitra Forum.
DISPUTES AND SETTLEMENTS
We believe in mutual settlement of disputes and in good faith. Still, any unresolved issues and disputes will have to be settled as per the laws of Republic of India and in the courts of New Delhi.
