Manoj Patria also worked in the Hero MotorCorp group of industries for plastic application development.

Vipul Rathod is a very aggressive, passionate Roto moulder with expertise in the water tank market. He is very keen on new products and application development in rotational moulding.

Bhushan Khadke is very much passionate about plastic processing, compounding, and Roto moulding of PE Foam tanks and non-tank products. He has a long experience in the rotational moulding industry.

Mr. Jain started professional journey very early in life . It’s been more than 40 years now. Mr. Jain started Nircon Polymers Pvt. Ltd. In 2003 in the business of manufacturing water storage tanks with the brand name NIRCON & In 2006. He entered the Pipe Industry with his brother Neel Kamal Jain. Nircon have developed redefined & innovated a wide range of home, agriculture & Industrial plastic products.

Mr. Jain is Commerce Graduate from Commerce College, Jaipur & Rest the life lessons has taught him for better human being and business leader. Management is his core strength.

Mr. Rajkumar is a family man blessed with an amazing wife, two daughters & a son. Mr. Jain love to travel & explore, play badminton & spend time with family & friends. 

Mr. Gupta has vast experience of Steel Rerolling Mill. He’s Stocking and agent of Arya Steels. Mr. Gupta is leading Water tank manufacturer in Jharkhand state. Mr. Gupta is also owner of Petrol Pump of BP Reliance Industries.

Mr. Gupta is Graduate B.Com (Hons) from Kolkata University and Post graduate in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. Philanthropy. Mr. Gupta is Vice President of Vishwa Hindu Parishad, Jharkhand state. Mr. Gupta is President of Laghu Udyog Bharati, Ranchi Mahanagar. Mr. Gupta is Vice President of EWA (an alumni of Westcott group of Schools). Mr. Gupta is Secretary of Arya Charitable Trust (A trust engaged in Old Age Home, Ashray and food for under privileged) for under privileged. Mr. Gupta is Member and Special Invitee of Federation of Jharkhand Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Gupta is Member of Jharkhand Small Industries Association.

Mr. Singh is Graduated from Telangana University. Mr. Singh is passionate Rotomolder and in the business of Rotomolding Water tanks in Hyderabad.

Mr. Singh is famous for his humble nature and always ready to help all industry peoples and have great Social engineering skill.

Mr. Singh has vast experience of more than 30 year’s of managing Rotomolding business in Hyderabad, Guntur, Orissa states. Mr. Singh is excellent technocrat and running shop floor efficiently with good profit margins.

Mr. Singh also very much active in Telangana plastic associations like TAPMA.

Mr. Gupta is Polymer Technologist , with more than 35+ Yrs of experience in all types of Plastics Raw materials and compounds. Mr. Gupta has vast experience of New grades developments , Product developments , Polymer compounding & composites. Mr. Gupta is Specialist in Polymer pipes : GRP pipe, PVC pipes , HDPE /PP pipes and composite piping solutions. Mr. Gupta is actively liaising with Government Institutional for promoting Plastics Products and replacement of conventional materials. Mr. Gupta worked for leading Plastics Raw material companies like Reliance Industries Ltd (RIL) , GE Plastics (now Sabic India) and Gujarat State Fertilizer & Chemicals Ltd (GSFC). MR. Gupta is National award winner for Innovative Product Development.

Mr. Gupta is actively involved in associations and active member of many Polymer Industries Associations, such as ROTO MITRA , IPI , GSPMA etc.

Mr. Gupta is Bachelor of Engineer in Plastics Technology from Gujarat University , Gujarat State ( Yr 1985- 1989) & Post Graduate Diploma in Sales & Marketing from Bharti Vidhya Bhawan ( Yr 1989-90).

Mr. Gupta blessed with educated wife who’s in teaching profession and a son who’s doctor in Canada.

Mr. Deshpande is B Com graduate from Aurangabad University. Mr. Deshpande is expert in Machinery and Mould manufacturing and marketing in Bharat and overseas market.

Mr. Deshpande is expert To attend all complaint related to machine mold and process, To provide and arrange technical back up to customers Indian and overseas, To visit customer for technical back up and process related problems. Installation and commissioning of machine Abroad and give the training to the operator for production process.

Mr. Deshpande is expert for Export of machineries and moulds for all work like; To Analyze the LC on receipt, To preparation of documents for negotiations with bank, All logistics for Sea & air dispatches. All related legal procedure of excise and custom. After Export paper work till the receipt Proceeds from overseas customer, Communication with all export related agencies.

Mr. Deshpande worked in Pooja Rotomake, Jalna for more than 8 year’s and more than 13 year’s in Vinod Rai Engineers Pvt Ltd, Jalna for manufacturing, marketing of machinery and moulds in Bharat and overseas market.
