Membership Guidelines

A beneficiary member is a person or a company or a Govt or Semi-Govt organization or some NGO or anyone at the discretion of the Board of Directors involved directly or indirectly in the business of Rotational Moulding or any other plastic industry or who can in some way or other either take some benefit for their business growth from the ROTO MITRA or provide some benefit to the other beneficiary members of the Forum.

Who can become a Beneficiary Member

Any person can become a beneficiary member of the ROTO MITRA FORUM as per the below categories.

Categories of Members

A) Moulder: Any person, company, business entity, etc. involved in the commercial manufacturing of rotational moulding products.

B) Industry Professiona: Any person working or was working in any rotational moulding industry (Moulder or Supplier) in India or abroad at managerial level either in production, quality or marketing department is an Industry Professional.

C) Raw Material Supplier: Any person, company, business entity, etc. involved in the commercial manufacturing and supply of any or all kind of raw material required in rotational moulding industry.

D) Machinery Supplier: Any person, company, business entity, etc. involved in the commercial manufacturing and supply of any or all kind of machinery, moulds, tools, etc. required in rotational moulding industry.

E) Consultant: Any person, company, business entity, etc involved in the any or all consultancy related to production, design, R & D, management, funding, marketing, promotion etc. related to rotational moulding industry.

F) Student: Any person who is a student of any or all departments related to the rotational moulding industry.

G) Special/Honorary Member: Any person, company, business entity, Govt or Semi Govt organisations, NGO’s, etc. who can directly or indirectly can be beneficial to the rotational moulding industry.

H) Resin Supplier: A large-scale company, business entity, involved in the commercial manufacturing and supply of virgin polymers required in rotational moulding industry.

Procedure to become a Beneficiary Member

Any person desirous of becoming a beneficiary member has to fill in the online or physical membership form as prescribed by the forum from time to time.

The applicant shall become the beneficiary member only after acceptance of all terms & conditions of membership, compliance with all formalities laid down by the forum from time to time and approval by at-least 2 Executive Directors. The forum reserves the right to refuse membership to any person, company, any entity, etc. without any reason.

General Guidelines for Beneficiary Member’s

The Main Objective of ROTO MITRA is to assist and work for development, promotion and enhancement of the roto-moulding industry and the persons associated with the industry.
Motto is “Lets Grow Together”
To fulfil the Objective Roto Mitra has formed a Business Networking Platform and planned so many online and offline activities like Sharing Ideas, Business Communication, Business meetings/get-togethers, Technical Workshops (Roto Tour), Technical Classroom Training programs, Business Management Training programs, Networking dinners during Plastic Trade shows (Like Plast India, Plastivision, Asia Plast, K show Dusseldorf, Chinaplas, Arabplast (Dubai),…) etc. and many more business activities that are in line with its objective.
Everyone in roto-moulding industry like moulders, suppliers, students, consultants, etc. has an opportunity to learn, gain, and grow their business from the activities of the forum.
For these activities Roto Mitra will organize a proper activity calendar of events for every year, which will be a tentative indicative plan.
We will publish all the activity calendar on Roto Mitra Website or by WhatsApp or by other social media platforms etc.
Only registered members are allowed to attend any Physical meeting. Right to admissions to any event is Reserved.
The Working/Executive committee will facilitate and control all the events and activities.
You will appreciate that for smooth functioning and effective management of such a huge forum/organization, we all need to make, follow, and abide some rules, guidelines, and policies.
We expect you all to follow all the rules, guidelines and policies laid down, updated, and as amended by the forum during online and offline meets, discussions and during any interaction.
We also expect you to give suggestions to make, change and amend any rules, guidelines, and policies or to start some new activity to meet the object of the forum.
All the members are expected to behave properly, practice patience, gratitude, show respect and courtesy to the other members, forum team, and any other person participating in both online and offline events.
Misbehaviour and misconduct may lead to termination of membership.
Any issue or problem faced by the members shall be reported to the Executive Committee who will give you an appropriate resolution.
In WhatsApp group, members need to maintain decorum to avoid posts unrelated to the industry like self-promotion, political & religious posts, birthday & occasion wishes etc.

Guidelines to Beneficiary Members during physical events

All members are requested to Pre-register for any event to avoid last-minute rush or even they can be denied admission if seats are full.
All the members should show their valid ID card (digital copy or physical original copy) at the time of physical events for entry.
Register themselves at the registration desk, pay the fees if any, wear their badge and only then enter the event.
Any non-member, if want to attend the event, is allowed only if,
I. accompanied and referred by some existing members,
II. On payment of fees as determined by the forum,
III. On the responsibility of the said existing member
For Any events at the Suppliers factory (Roto Tours), only moulders are allowed to attend the said event. No competitors are allowed to enter without the permission of supplier.

Cessation of Membership

Any member shall cease to be a beneficiary member in following situations: –

Automatic cessation and termination on non-payment of membership fees & subscriptions, if any.

Automatic cessation and termination on not renewing the membership
On his/her becoming insane or on death.
On his/her being convicted for any offence in any court of law in India and/or outside.
Terminated by the forum on the
ground of misconduct, misbehaviour during the physical events, on social media platforms, on online events or
if anyone or someone is found to be hindering the smooth flow and working of the forum or
if anyone or someone is going against the objectives, policies, rules, etc. laid down by the forum.

The final decision to terminate or cancel any membership rests with the forum which shall be binding, non-negotiable and not challenge able in any court of law.
