Goa Annual Summit 2024

A few glimpses of the Goa Annual Summit Held at Park Regis, Arpora, North Goa on 28th and 29th Feb 2024.

The event highlights are the Excellent Trade Show, Technical Presentations, Business Presentations, and Cultural Programs in the Lap of Nature near Calangute and Baga.

A few key points are as under:

1. Marked by the presence of Roto Gurus, Business Leaders, and Technocrats like Mr. Martin Coles, Mr. Gary Lategan, Mr. Aldo Quaratino, Mr. Shivinder Chawla, Mr. Dhanu Patell, Mr. Lal K Singh, Mr. Dalbir Saini, Mr. Blaise Costabir, Mr. Pratit Lohateerapap, Mr. Jin Han Kon, Ms. Bee Suan Chua, Mr. Harsh Agrawal, Mr. Sushil Sonegara, Mr. Srinivas Vandanapu, Mr. Vivek Soni, Mr. Vinod Kumar, and many more names.

Day 1

2. Day 1 was full of power-packed presentations. A keynote address, Global Rotomoulding overview by Mr. Martin Coles.

3. Mr. Lal K Singh gave a Keynote address on Indian economic conditions, major sectors of growth, polymers growth, and Rotomoulding domestic scenario.

4. Mr. Aldo Quaratino gave technical insights into the scope of the Rotomoulding sector and Technical solutions by Matrix Polymers.

5. Mr. Sumit Bajpai Granula Masterbatches gave a presentation on Master batches and their applications in Rotomoulding.

6. Ms. Bee Suan, BASF India Ltd gave a presentation on Antioxidants, UV Stabilization, and Special additives for faster bubble removal and better-quality products.

7. Mr. Anuj Nagda from Arihant Plast presented on PE powders Butene, Hexene, HDPE, and Marble finish Stone effects powders.

8. Mr. Naresh, Lifeline Technologies presented offers of varieties of Master batches for Rotomoulding.

9. Mr. Blaise Costabir GMI Zarhak Goa presented on the role of Information Technology in Rotomoulding Industries for better process control, better information flow, and faster decisions.

Dinner sponsorships by NAROTO and Networking dinner held at the poolside with nice ambiance, excellent meals, cozy environment, and fantastic music.

Day 1 ended with a lot of learning and networking.

Day 2

Day 2 witnessed a full day action packed sessions from 9 AM to 11 PM, an amazingly highly energized, passionate audience for a continuous stretch of 14 hours.

Day 2 activities are summarized below:

1. The day started with the most enthusiastic, dynamic, and technical guru Mr. Dhanu Patell, Reinhardt Teknik. Reinhardt is a pioneer in technology and a master of Tailored technology solutions and manufactures special Rotomoulding machines for high-quality custom products.

2. Mr. Harsh Agrawal, Oriplast, Kolkata delivered a presentation on Tanks are profitable businesses. The only thing molders must adopt is quality product mindsets, better quality, supply chain, and customer-centric approach.

3. Mr. Gary Lategan, Roto Solutions, South Africa is a living legend in Rotomoulding globally. He is offering a new device for temperature measurements (templogger) with advanced technology and many exciting tools.

4. Mr. Sahil Asrani, Deepak Polyplast presented on Plastic Testing machines. They are pioneers in making Laboratory machines for almost all plastics products.

5. Mr. Naveen Upadhyaya, Sintex BAPL Ltd presented on Products and Process Standards.

6. Mr. Vivek Soni and his colleague Mr. Saurabh presented HMEL business and Polymer business and grades for Rotomoulding.

7. A presentation delivered by ML Industries on Water tank lids, Next to virgin powder business and their commitments.

8. A presentation by Mr. Naresh Singhal, Singla Industries. He covered the Roto moulding next to virgin powder, water tank lid, etc.

9. Mr. Bhushan Khadke from Heera Roto Compounds presented Rotomoulding applications and his product offers are LLDPE Butene grades, Foam compounds, HDPE grade, and planter materials.

10. Mr. Prasad Deshpande, Jaljog Rotomould presented on Moulds and different applications.

11. Mr. Pravin Avhad, RRPLAST Extrusion presented exciting features of a Single screw PE compounding line. Energy efficiency, output consistencies.

The 2nd-day Trade show happened with good NETWORKING meetings.

Mr. Chetan Bansal, Writer, and most famous bestseller book ‘Meet the Real You’ was the dinner speaker. Mr. Chetan Bansal presented the Business Success Formula.

The event ended with celebrations, exclusive entertainment programs, and a Gala Dinner sponsored by Singla Industries.
